Today I decided it was time to stop being a wimp and letting my (very mild) cold get the better of me. I didn't walk George but did go to Thrive circuit training. Half an hour and a shower later and I still have the very red face to prove it.
3 ryvita, 1 with Marmite (which is another food that never goes off)
1 banana (I think - did I eat it?)
