A good day for food ...

but a bad day for dieting.

Weigh-in this morning. I was shocked to find I'd gained half a pound. I hadn't expected to lose much but to put it on?! my resolve to do better today was quickly weakened by an invite to daughter's for dinner in advance of Father's Day tomorrow.
